YVRA perfumer Yvo van Regteren Altena has been interested in the world of fragrances for as long as he can remember. While traveling to foreign lands and working as a lifestyle journalist, Yvo met the world's greatest "noses", real perfume virtuosos, who shared with him the secrets of the enchanting world of perfumes.

in 2015 he embodied his knowledge and passion in his dream creation, YVRA 1958.

This composition skillfully combines the aromas of orange blossoms, cedar, pepper and patchouli.

The result is elegant and refreshing. Infused with citrus notes, Van Regteren's debut Altena is the perfect way to start the day.

YVRA 1958 is reminiscent of the classic citrus colognes that were popular in the 1960s and 1970s, but this composition is more aromatic and longer lasting.

The aroma begins with a bright and extravagant Calabrian citrus note.

Its transparent character is enhanced by the mysterious scent of orange blossoms, and culminates in notes of cedar, patchouli and tonka bean.
