Shipping policy

6.1.1. Prices for delivery to Lp express parcel points: 3.00 eur.

Delivery is carried out to the Lp express delivery point chosen by the buyer throughout Lithuania. You will be informed about the goods delivered to the delivery point by SMS. The shipment is stored at the Lp express shipment point for 3 calendar days.

6.1.4. The price of delivery to Lithuanian post offices throughout Lithuania is EUR 3.00. Such a delivery is one of the methods of collection of goods offered to the buyer. Delivery is made to the address specified by the buyer throughout Lithuania. Goods delivered to the Lithuanian post office are notified by SMS.

6.2. The buyer, who has chosen the delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.3. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
6.4. All goods are delivered by Lithuanian Post, Lp express services to the address specified in your order information.
​6.5. Shipments are sent to customers after payment within 1-2 days.
​6.5.1. At the customer's request, in order to receive the goods urgently, the customer must contact the Seller and discuss additional delivery methods.
6.6. The preliminary delivery time in days is indicated in the description of each product.
6.7. The seller sends the goods within 1-2 days after the payment of the order, the parcels are delivered to the Buyer after dispatch:

6.7.1 Delivery to Lp express shipment points on 1-2 days.

6.7.4. Delivery to Lithuanian Post offices throughout Lithuania on the 1st-3rd.

After the goods have been successfully sent, the buyer is informed by an automatic e-mail message. by post
6.8. If the product is delivered according to an individual order, individually agreed delivery terms apply, but the maximum delivery time does not exceed 4 weeks. Delivery times for individual products may vary. The preliminary deadline is indicated on the card of each product.
6.9. The ordered goods are always delivered in one shipment, and the Buyer is informed individually about the delivery times of different goods. Several ordered goods can be delivered in separate shipments according to the customer's request for an additional standard delivery fee in accordance with Clause 6 of these rules.
6.10. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.


6.11. In all cases, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the package is delivered in damaged packaging, if the package contains unordered goods or the wrong amount of them, incomplete product package on the day of collection of the package.
6.12. The Seller is released from liability against the Buyer for product damage related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not inform by e-mail on the day of collection of the shipment. by letter
